Sandy White, Talent Consultant and Principal at Sandler Careers, has been in the recruitment industry for 15 years.  After working as a Direct Hire Consultant for a large staffing firm, Sandy found her niche recruiting corporately in the outsourcing industry for over 10 years.  First as a Senior Sales Recruiter for Insperity (formerly Administaff), and then as the Talent Acquisition Manager with TriNet HR Services.  After leaving the Corporate America, she formed Sandler Careers to offer her proven talents to other organizations in the PEO, HRO, ASO and Payroll Services space - and the rest is history !
